Many consider the Hunters as the class that is best for speed leveling. They have unmatched solo skills on top of their distinct capacity to control their pets, which are great additions to their tanking abilities. Needless to say, the fastest route to reach higher levels is the Beast Mastery tree where focus on the pet is central. The other two builds are the marksmanship and survival hunter trees.
Beast Mastery Hunter - As was previously mentioned, the Beast Mastery tree is the most preferred build for hunters who want to level up faster. This is mainly because the focus of the build is your pet, which if properly developed, can have abilities that are great for killing mobs and opponents. There are assortments of pets available to hunters, but for those opting for faster leveling up, pets that have high DPS are most recommended.
Pets, however, are not yet available until you reach level 10. Once you reach this level, you will have to start building up your beast. The best way to do this is to focus on Endurance Training which should be sustained from levels 10 to--. After this you can distribute your next 5 points between Thick Hide and Improved Revive Pet until you get to level'.
You may start feeling more confident about your pet's abilities at this point . This is also the point that may call for switching to other trees, perhaps towards the Marksmanship build. However, given that you are continuing with the route of the Beast Mastery tree, your next order of business is to distribute your next 4 points to Unleashed Fury which should then be followed by maximizing your beast's Ferocity.
Then, maximize Bestial Discipline. Now go back to Unleashed Fury and maximize to this talent. Follow this with distributing 3 points to Improved Aspect of the Monkey and Frenzy until you reach level 35 and up. Now that you're at level 41, start working your way until you open up The Beast Within.
Marksmanship Hunter - After getting your pet, you may consider following what is considered to be the best PvP or Player vs Player tree, the Marksmanship Hunter tree. This route is fairly easy to follow. You only have to maximize the point distribution for each talent until you get to the Trueshot Aura.
Survival Hunter - If following this hunter leveling guide, you should begin with allotting points to Hawk Eye from levels 10 to 12, followed by Savage Strikes up to level--, Improved Wing Clip up to level 17, and Deflection until you reach level'. Leave Deflection for a bit and jump to Deterrence and Clever Traps, focus on these two until you reach level 22. Survivalist should then follow. Leave it at 2/5 DPS for a whilethen switch to Surefooted until you reach 3/3. Go back to Survivalist and give it one more point then work on Counterattack until you get to level 30. You should then focus on your Killer Instinct at levels 31 to 33. From this level, you can decide whether you will follow the route towards talents that immobilize your target, increase your skills for melee or enhance your chance of survival.
